At My Pregnancy Workout, we specialize in providing online prebuilt trimester-specific workouts, customized fitness plans, and essential gear tailored for expectant mothers. Our mission is to help mothers feel safe and empowered throughout their pregnancy journey by offering expert guidance on how to adapt and modify movements during each trimester.

Founded in the spring of 2024, our business was born out of a deep passion for women’s health and fitness. Inspired by my own experiences during pregnancy and the profound difference that staying active made, I set out to create a resource that would support other mothers. This journey began as I earned my prenatal and postpartum fitness coaching certification, and after a year of working as a nurse in women’s health, I felt ready to launch My Pregnancy Workout.

Our vision is to expand our reach nationally, with a team of dedicated prenatal coaches and registered dietician who share our commitment to making pregnancy a healthier, more enjoyable experience for every mother.

Meet Robyn Fontanet,
Founder of My Pregnancy Workout

My Pregnancy Workout was founded by Robyn Fontanet, a passionate advocate for women’s health and fitness. While Robyn is the sole founder, this journey wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of her husband and the incredible women at Soul Seed Academy, who have lifted her up and fueled her dreams.

Robyn’s love for physical activity began early, as she participated in sports like wrestling, football, and ballroom dance growing up. This passion led her to study the Science of Exercise and Wellness before she transitioned to pursuing a nursing degree. Her focus eventually shifted to women’s health, where she found her true calling. Robyn earned her certification as a prenatal and postpartum coach and continues to work as a nurse, dedicating herself to ongoing education to ensure her clients feel safe and confident in their bodies.

The inspiration behind My Pregnancy Workout is deeply personal. During college, Robyn met and fell in love with her husband, and together they welcomed three beautiful daughters. Each pregnancy brought new challenges, especially when it came to staying physically active. The lack of clear guidance and the frustration of not knowing what was safe led Robyn to experiment with many types of fitness routines during her second pregnancy. She even hired a fitness coach, but they didn’t know how to modify exercises for her needs. By her third pregnancy, she was completing her prenatal fitness certification and felt a world of difference. This newfound confidence allowed her to stay active, even hiking Mayan temples and dancing in Vegas during her third trimester.

Many of her friends shared stories of feeling hopeless, unsure of what was safe during pregnancy, and suffering as a result. Robyn’s mission is to help every mother relax and be free of worry and anxiety—at least when it comes to their fitness.
