Hi, I'm Robyn!

Eight years ago, during my first pregnancy, I felt confused, isolated, and as if I’d lost control over my health. Many of my friends and coworkers shared similar feelings of uncertainty during their pregnancies. I hoped my doctors would provide clear guidance, but their advice was too general, leaving me unsure about what was safe for me specifically.

Online searches and pregnancy books only added to my confusion with conflicting and outdated information. Feeling helpless, I decided to dive deep into women’s health and physical fitness, investing thousands of dollars in my education. I realized the need for someone who could see the big picture – addressing more than just weight loss or back pain, but understanding the unique challenges of pregnancy. Now, I develop educational fitness plans tailored to the unique needs and changes that occur throughout pregnancy. I believe that learning to exercise safely during pregnancy can boost confidence and health for families everywhere.

I was so glad to find Robyn as my fitness advisor and trainer. I was fed up with always being sore and hating the way I felt in my own skin. After finding out I was pregnant, I knew it was time for some serious changes. There is so much conflicting information out there on the web regarding fitness that I honestly didn’t know where to start. I tried Apps and generic fitness programs, but they were all very cookie cutter and just weren’t working for me. I knew I needed a more personal touch.

Robyn helped me to realize that getting in better shape physically doesn’t have to take hours a day or fancy equipment. Steps

1. Choose to either add a consultation, a prenatal program, or a full consultation for a personalized workout program to your cart.

2. Pay for your selected items and then check your email. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. If it doesn’t, check your junk or spam folders.

3. If you selected a consultation, your email will contain a link to a calendar where you can book a meeting with the fitness instructor at a time that works for you.
         1. If you selected a mini-consultation, you can expect the virtual meeting to take 10-15 minutes. During that time, the instructor will answer any questions or concerns you might have. We suggest writing down your questions beforehand so we can cover everything you’d like to discuss.
         2. If you selected a full consultation for a personalized workout program, you can expect the virtual meeting to take 45 minutes to an hour. You will be asked to try out different exercise movements, so please dress and plan accordingly.
                  a. At the end of the consultation, the instructor will provide basic instructions for safe and effective exercises you can begin immediately. If you decide to purchase the personalized workout plan, you’ll receive a link via email to sign up for a monthly subscription. The consultation fee will be prorated in the first month. After registering for the subscription and making your first payment, you will receive a fully customized workout routine within 3-5 days for that month. At the end of every month, you’ll receive a link to review your program and adjust it as needed.

4. If you selected a pre-made workout, the email will include a link to a PDF with instructions for six weeks’ worth of workouts for the trimester you are currently in, with three different difficulty levels. Each movement has a video link to demonstrate how to perform the exercise safely at home at each difficulty level. If purchased at the beginning of your trimester, you can repeat the course at a higher difficulty level for a total of twelve weeks.

Is this safe for me and my baby?

Yes, My Pregnancy Workout is designed with safety as a top priority. Our prenatal fitness programs are created by a certified prenatal fitness instructor and registered nurse, ensuring that all exercises are tailored to be safe and appropriate for each stage of pregnancy.

We focus on helping you stay fit while prioritizing the well-being of both you and your baby. If you have any specific concerns or medical conditions, we recommend discussing them during your consultation to receive personalized guidance.

What if I can't do all the movements?

Our programs include exercises at various difficulty levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities. If you find that you cannot perform some of the movements for whatever reason or that you need more of a challenge, you can always book a mini-consultation for personalized help.

During live consultations, we can provide modifications and adjust your workout plan to ensure it remains effective and safe for you. Your goal is to feel comfortable and confident in your fitness routine, and we’re here to support you in finding the right approach.

Does the course change based on where I am in my pregnancy?

Yes, our pre-designed workouts are specifically tailored to each trimester of pregnancy. This ensures that the exercises are appropriate for your stage of pregnancy and address the changing needs of your body. Our programs include trimester-specific workouts, so as you progress through your pregnancy, the exercises will adapt to support your evolving needs from conception to birth while maintaining your safety and comfort.

Additionally, personalized workout plans will be customized to fit your unique situation and progress on a monthly basis.
